•Select your quality (we sell our beef by the 1/4, so select how many 1/4’s you’d like).

•Pay your deposit

•Customize your Cuts...We will contact you directly (phone or email; whichever you prefer), so that you can customize your 1/4!

•When your beef is ready, you'll receive a HAPPY call from us to set up a great time to deliver your beef to you (within a 100 mile radius)!  

•Full payment is due prior to delivery!!

Important Information:

•Average hanging weight is 160 lbs.

•Average lbs. of meat taken home: 105 lbs. 

•Price per lb. (hanging weight) pending market prices is estimated to be $7.00 / lb. 

•Price includes processing cost & delivery!

•Average total cost: $960
